Freshman
A freshman applicant is either (a) one who applies for admission while attending high school or (b) one who has graduated from high school but completed fewer than 12 semester hours of transferable college classroom credit. Freshman Application
Transfer Students
A transfer applicant is one who will have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours (or equivalent) of transferable college credit by the desired term of entry and who does not meet the definition of a beginning freshman applicant. Transfer Application
Intercollege Transfer
Students who are currently on campus and are considering transferring into the department are encouraged to make an appointment with the academic advisor to review requirements for the major, and discuss time lines to apply to transfer.
